Then i got hypOglycemia allofthesudden and i am a size 10, 5'3" 137 lbs. I get complimented so much on my curves, my lips are huge, big booty, etc! But alas i end up with a fiance-soon-to-be-forever who likes anorexic flat butted whatever girls and its just like a sock in the face. Any advice?

I advise not marrying someone who doesn’t love you as you are. If this person does love you as you are, but also loves women of other sizes, you’re fine - though perhaps you might want to work on not feeling like that is the case.
I can’t make anyone have body acceptance and you can’t either. If a person doesn’t get it and doesn’t respect you (and by that i mean appreciate ALL aspects of you) - I don’t think they’re worth your time or energy.
